Just bought both side door rollers x3 for about 20 quid bargain.

Smash the back doors in its very dirty
Removed ply and bulkhead.

Metal is good though.

Few jobs today, I found an old prv and scv I thought I'd try as the ones in it were rusty the prv exploded too
Injectors 1 and 2 have the dampness around them so I removed them and the washers are a bit old but I thought I had 4 new ones somewhere and I don't so will order the seal kit.
I noted the injectors correction factors and will check that they are correct. Tbh I don't think much has been done to the van since 06

I also cleaned the map sensor and fettled.

Started up and sounded nicer no hunting but still says engine malfunction and cuts out so it's time for a pump learn etc.
Needs the manifold cleaning out too but that's later on

Nearly chopped old faithful laptop in but native v86 with calibrations and Internet on early mk7 never let's me down

Injectors are all correct.
Cylinder 1 to 4 on that order.

Engine malfunction, I have a feeling that some injectors are duff Trying a fuel pump learn now.

In other news, day 1 it drove spotless all the way home 1.5hrs no hunting or anything, but now it doesn't rev up straight away and it cuts out and is lumpy etc which is like I'm riding a bucking bronco

Have asked Karl if he has prv and scv but on the off chance anyone else has them for sale, genuine though please and second hand working is fine.
Also a front abs cable needed.
