Advice on pedal lock

What are peoples views on this pedal lock

Anything that makes it harder has got to help but for me I’d struggle to fit it as cannot open drivers door when parked at home

as my van is currently in storage I can't check something.

people say this type is no good as they can just cut off the plastic pedals (now that could be related to a fiat based motorhome) but would that be an easy way to defeat this?

Is it cumbersome to store when not in use?

And fits easily from passenger side one handed if that's any help
