Not sure about best but the 19 inch Polaroid tv in asda are cheap and OK, have dvd, usb, hd etc. I think 22 inch are then 240v.
You could get an inverter if you want something better. But if wall mounted and a pill bass speaker will make it sound good.

See if you can find a home tv that has the external 240 v to 12 v supply I used one in my last van for 8+ years without any problems till Aldi did a 12v camper one .

I thought mains TVs were all 12v and just had a transformer? I ripped the back of an old led tv and wired it straight to the 12v supply. Worked. :)
