Hi Chaps, I could'nt stand the sight of the silver/grey on the arches so i went
to the nearest motor accesoriory shop & bought what i thought was a similar
colour but as i could'nt get my camper near to the shop i took pot luck, and
as i said to the man it will do as a base coat if it's not the right colour, so here
it is for better of for worse, next time i will get there early so i can park right
outside the shop. Happy Transiteering.

It looks quite cool, with a bit of T-cutting the top edge to fade the colour join it could almost be a custom fade job

Hi Fellow Transiteers, since i last posted anything we have had the lockdown ?
so as i had a forced isolation thrust upon me, i imeadiately decided to rebuild
my rear door of my camper, which the frame was made of soft wood, & at 51
years old it was a bit rotten to say the least, so i removed the door stripped it
& built a new one out of mainly mohogany that i sourced from the local tip,
as the door is not flat, i decided to use stainless steel brackets to reinforce
the bottom which is at a slight angle, also i fitted some reversing lights
in the rear bumper & some door release catches from an audi tt, i got a bit
carried away with it all & decided to fit a hydraulic handbrake that i bought
at a car boot sale about three years ago, stay safe & best regards to all.

Hi fellow Transiteers, just to bore you a bit longer, to kill the boredom
of being forced to stay at home on this lovely day i decided to finish
what i started years ago, is to fit the rest of my wheel embelishers,
so to make them fit the Revolution wheels i had to make a centre
piece to acomodate them, so here they are, best wishes to all,
stay safe, & hopefully we will all be allowed out soon.

Hi Mutley, Who knows when things will get back to a sort of normalaty ? as things
will never be the same again, Especially for those who have lost loved ones to this
horiffic virus, but hope fully there is light at the end of the tunnel ?, and maybe
we will meet up again this year, I don't know if i mentioned it, i took the old gel
to Brooklands on the first of January to the biggest meeting of the year, had a
Great drive both ways, unfortunately i ended up going on my own as my son in
law could not make it, I just love driving it, it was worth all the effort i have
put into it over the last 22 odd years, hopefully i will get to use it a lot after
we get over this pandemic, stay safe & give my regards to the gang. Raymondo.

Hi Fellow Transiteers,
After sitting for the last five years, hardly moving very far & having lots done
to bring her up to scratch, I was lucky enough to mention to a friend of mine
that i needed a stool recovered, to which he replied that his son inlaw was an
upholsterer, I ended up having not only the stool recovered but also all the
custions in the camper done, also while at a car boot sale, i bought some lined
curtains in almost the same colour as the custions, so here is some more pics.
best regards to all Transiteers, stay safe.
ps my Daughter altererd the curtains to fit & made loose custion covers out of
the material left over.
