Can you help me find a MK5 turbo-charged 2.5 Transit 95-2001

Hello!

I am new to this forum and am pretty terrible with cars - I would be hugely grateful for any help you can give me!

I have an old but precious motorhome based on the Ford Transit Turbo Diesel MK5 Banana/ Smiley engineer. When I bought it I was given two sets of keys and didn't realise that only one of them started the vehicle. I lost the working set (long story) and after 4 locksmiths attempting to 'clear the rim', code new keys, use apparently rare equipment to try and fix the software etc. nothing has worked - I have also had a refusal to work on it from the Ford Dealership as they don't stock these parts anymore.

I have been advised by the mechanic who fitted the engine that I need a twin vehicle that we can remove the electronics from, think it's an ECU and PAC system I need so I need more than the engine I need the whole vehicle?

Can anyone help, I have scoured the internet and am not getting anywhere, I thought someone on here may be able to help me track one down.

Needs to be a Ford Transit, MK5 turbo-charged 2.5 from the mid-nineties to 2001.

What age is your vehicle and does it have aircon/automatic gearbox?

I keep ECU sets etc on the shelf with coded keys and PATS modules etc

Oh and I'm going to be in Haywards Heath/Lancing on Sunday so could probably fit you in. I need to know what your van is though

Thanks very much for coming back to me, sorry I only just saw this. It is a manual gearbox and no AC (I am less sure on the AC but 90% sure it doesn’t have it). It is a 2000 - W reg.

The van is actually on a mate’s farm in Piddinghoe just outside Brighton.

Is there a number I can call you on? I am not sure of the protocol on here I am afraid.

Just to clarify: 'Vanfox is selling one in vans for sale' ...I'm selling a good Bosch turbo engine, not an Epic and you have to take the complete rotten bus, no tax or MOT, for scrap after you remove the engine and gearbox at your place. Probably need a 4 wheel trailer, a Di will pull one.
