Possible to reverse 2nd row seats of Tourneo (2015) ?

I have a Tourneo (2015 model) is it possible to reverse the 2nd row seats to get a conference sitting lay-out?

I believe your 2015 rows of seats are made up of single and a twin therefore they will not reverse.

I believe its only the higher end 2018 plus (new shape ) with 6x individual seats that can reverse and its only the second row that can reverse and not the third.

The 2nd row rails are longer than the 3rd row back ones . Theres plenty of pics on ebay. You can tell the difference as the second row has arm rests the third row doesn't

Scratch my last post ive just found a picture of a prefacelift 2017 plate with them sat out in conference style .

İ was thinking perhaps its possible to take out the rails and put them in the reverse direction.

I tried it on my tourneo custom and it seems that under each foot on the seats, there’s a round metal lug that’s stopping it from locking into position. I’m convinced that by cutting away about 10mm of ir, then it will lock into position. ....but not tried it yet!

Reversed conference seating was a (high-cost) option on pre-face lift Tourneos. You can do it yourself by removing the floor rails and repositioning them 180 degrees, but I hear it's a lot of work and requires the tank be dropped for access. I did once think of doing it on mine years ago, but quickly gave up on the idea for various reasons. Not sure if anyone other than a taxi converter or specialist coachbuilder has done this mod though, I've not seen anyone.

Hi Pdaly12, just wondering if you ever tried this on your seats? I was thinking of doing the same and had noticed the lugs which seem to be the only reason the seats won’t clip in backwards.

Hoping some one has been brave Enough to try it!!
