Rear disc removal.

I have a 2015 2.2 front wheel drive van
I have a squeek coming from the offside rear.
I'm thinking the disc need a good clean up get rid of and lip etc .
How do you remove be the rear disc. Is it the same as RWD. Is it a dummy half shaft ???

Bumping an old thread here but I have a 16 plate mk8 I want to do the rear discs on. Does anyone know if you need any extra tools other than the ones needed for the front discs . I done the fronts the other day but I've saw videos of mk 8s on YouTube and you need brake pullers and a massive socket 60mm+
If this is the case I may be better off putting in garage . Only thing is I already have the pads and discs here ready to go

Depends on your van, is it front or rear wheel drive?
