Tibbie lock tumblers

Hi all. I am looking for a load of tibbie lock tumblers. My mate has bought a mk4 escort turbo with very worn keys and I want to rebuild the locks to a random key number but need the tumblers. Can anybody help please ??

I thought the keys were made of a soft sacrificial metal so the tumblers didn't wear?
If so couldn't you just re-arrange the original tumblers to fit a different key?

I could do but want to rebuild with new ones as the tumblers do wear too

Hiya. I want to rebuild all 4 locks so need a lot of tumblers. I used to have a container with over 100 tumblers in it but the new keys come out and I just threw them away
