Ford Transit Custom RAIN INGRESS INTO ENGINE COMPARTMENT

Just got into my van this morning after it had defrosted after the snow, started it up and display came up with brake fluid level low, checked it and it’s fine. Went to work, parked up and was working at the back of some flats and I could here a horn going continuously so I went round to the front of the flats and found it to be the horn on my van going off. I couldn’t get the horn to stop, it was the horn under the n/s headlight but I managed to disconnect it, I also noticed that my n/s/f door would not unlock which has never happened before although I had that problem with the drivers door a couple of years ago which was the door loom. I got into my van and drove home when I got out the van I re connected the horn and it was fine also I could unlock my passenger door.
After an hour I went back to work and after an hour I went back to my van and this time the washer pump was going which had emptied the washer bottle and was running dry, I got into the van started it up and the washer pump stopped and is working as normal now.
Has anybody got any ideas?

Thought I'd add my tuppence worth here in case it helps anyone.

I had lost main beam headlights and fog lights. Had hoped it was fuse/relay but turns out BCM damaged by water ingress and required replacement. Luckily diagnosed and sorted quickly by local expert.

I have been researching this issue for a long time. The windshield of my 2018 model car was changed and they did not install it properly. It leaks water from both the glass and the wiper holes. Even when I open the hood on a flat surface, it is possible to see raindrops. For the last month, I have been experiencing color fading in the vehicle's multimedia. The electrical system is underwater and the vehicle is on the verge of rusting. Ford should address this issue because I will not put the custom that I liked so much on the door again and I will not recommend it to my circle. I hope Ford officials are reading this.
