My reasoning for this is the pcm is seeing boost so upping the fuel but the fuel air mix isn’t correct in the cylinder creating black smoke.
Hope no hahaha hes been chasing it for over a week

Think it’s been smoking since December, I believe the intake manifolds can split on the mk7 but I may have dreamt that

I'm at a loss guys, it sounds a bit like it is blowing, I've unplugged the turbo, I made a pressure tester and blow through the whole system. Ideally need a smoke test. I'm even considering that the timing chain I fitted may have jumped and the exhaust timing is a tooth out and causing the blowing. I really don't know. I've done everything, I'm even thinking the exhaust is blocked. But I run it and smoke no power, I take off the actuator plug and instant no smoke. It is running spot on and starts instantly.
Andz can you sent the actuator please, :D
Cheers.

 Yes we don't like strangers camping oot in our village :P

You're welcome to stop on my driveway if ever you're stuck for a place in Bicester.
There's a big Homebase car park just off the Launton Road, but I wouldn't recommend parking up in a car park anywhere round here due to all the van break-ins that happen
