Not long back.......(terrible traffic on M1 most of the way up to M18 turn off) had a great time, was great to see old friends from previous years.....and make new ones....(what was that recovery guys name again :lol:

).....despite the fairly short notice we all had I thought that it was a good turnout.....well done to all that made the effort

.....Massive thanks to all those that made it possible.....Luke, Ali, Matt and all the gang.....not forgetting our resident Transitmania spark Craig.....who also give up the back of his van so that I had somewhere to sleep....Many many thanks bud

.....and of course Paul and all the staff at Santa Pod.....well done to aerial Dave who took over the Mike when Ali got a bit tired due to the heat and the fact that he is still recovering from major surgery.....Dave did the job like a pro (dispite the fact that he's daft as a brush :lol:

)......Punto gets the prize for the longest travel....380 miles each way.....But unfortunately he left before we could give him the news that he was disqualified for turning up in a French thingy :lol:

once again the usual pit stop crew did what we do best.....eat, drink and be stupid :lol:

led as usual by our favourite Manc Karl who despite bringing 2 of his kids was still as stupid as always :lol:

(we wouldn't have him any other way)....there may well have been a few less vans than normal but the standards were still very high......a lot of beautiful vans very well presented....well done to all of you

not a lot more to say other than "can't wait till next year" see you all then

be there next year just don't let it be on any potential birthday or holiday

no it wouldn't be me either way had a great time me daughter cried on the way home she had that much fun with all the kids she wanted to stay another day so a think next year will come a day early

everyone's welcome round the fire, once you've out-drunk your regular crew come and spend a few more hours drinking and watching the sunrise with martin :lol:
