Ford Connect 1.8tdci

Hey

I've recently bought a 2009 transit which needs a ecu replacement, the old one was sent of to be remapped and went missing

So I found a ecu in a scrap yard from the same model though it's from an 06

Will it work with or is something changes between those years

Can I just remap it with a vcm with ford Ids or do I need a newer ecu?

i reckon it would be different if it was from a tddi, rather than a tdci - that's all i can tell you .

06 will be no good as it’s a Delphi system , you need an 07 on Siemens system one
