Sounds like air in the system. Injector leak-off lines and O-rings, cracked filter head, filter head fittings have O-rings and it's possible for air ingress.

Check the fuel filter first thing in the morning, if it's empty, you've found your issue.

Hi pal

Firstly. Thanks for your time

Checked filter and fuel there, went to start it and just turned over for around 10 seconds and nothing. It did this twice and on 3rd time it fired in without issue

Tried it again and turned over twice without starting then fired on third crank. Strange

Had a similar thing on a Renault dci with about 90k on the clockturned out to be injector no2 sticking open , therefore no fuel rail pressure,

Loading up the parts cannon and throwing parts at it won't help, you need to find out why.

Are you getting cam/crank sync during cranking..?? What FRP are you getting during cranking..??

Why did you change the injectors..?? Were they coded to the PCM..??
