2015 transit connect pcm

Hi there long time lurker first time poster

I've just bought a 2015 transit connect LWB 1560 diesel and when I read the engine codes I come up with

U2101 control module configuration incompatible power train control module

And

U0120 lost communication with starter/generator control module


I'm beginning to think the module could be faulty as looking further through the fault codes the live data grab at time of reading the codes shows both ambient and internal air temperatures to be showing -27 and -40 degrees but the dash is showing 14 degrees

Any input will be greatly appreciated

Post update I have replaced the alternator and the fault code for starter generator has gone
