Oil overfilled now dpf blocked

Agent put 9,2l of oil in my 2.2 custom sport instead of 7.3l ,4500 kms later dpf is blocked and won’t regenerate what other issues could materialise from this school boy error.they also charged me for the extra

They..?? If someone else or a garage has overfilled your oil and caused issues...get them to sort it.
