Trouble starting when cold

Hi guys I’ve got a 2.0 eco blue 92000mile it’s struggling to start when cold and have to put jump pack on it, when it does start it sound rough and kicks some smoke out exhaust as if it was over fueling, after about 5 mins it will run fine,, so today started it and after a bit it cut out, started it again and no there no accelerator I’ve got some reading of low side fuel pressures and also done a compress test hoping someone can point me in right direction

should be well over 300

test must be done with full battery, good starter ...and with all 3 other injectors or glow plugs out

Has it stopped running and won't start now ? What was the fuel rail pressure readings, is your compression tester fitting all the way in and sealing OK?
