2024 Tourneo Custom Seat rack attachment points

Hi there

I'm designing and building a Camperbox/Pod for use in our 2024 Tourneo Custom. It has these seat tracks all over the floor inthe back:
The idea is a removable box that contains a few drawers with a cooking stove, cooler etc. and a bed that folds out. I'm sure you've seen them around.
I'd like to make use of the seat tracks in the car to attach the box so it doesn't move around while driving ... Like a bolt through te bottom plate with a wing-nut or similar.

However I'm having trouble finding attachment points (anything really, I'll adapt) that can fit into those tracks.
Even my Ford dealer couldn't help me out ...

Anyone have any ideas where to find something like that?
Are they the same tracks as in previous (transit) models? Does something exist for those?

I'll use washers, nuts and bolts if push comes to shove, but I'm worried I might damage the tracks.

Just wild stab in the dark sort of answer here ..and my answer may be way out of date as regards modern systems..but will give you some idea in the results what you should be looking for

rail system may not even be unwin

but is all the help i can give ...put this search intro ebay and peruse the results

I've checked the Unwin rail, but it's not the same one.
My garage contacted ford itself ... with the conclusion that they don't have anything that fits the rails. ... Which is just a tiny bit weird since 2 anchor points that fit the rails came with the car.

I'm now looking at a 3D printed part someone made available for the rails that can hold a bike by the forefork. Maybe I can adapt that design to fit.

Well you are going to have to ID the brand of track / rail..either by taking a clamp off and looking for brand names.

or do something like this ...put key words into google image search ..then possibly you'll find the system that you have fitted - the key words i used here were: van load seat tracks rails clamps

once you have the brand it should be plain sailing.

you then will find all the parts compatible with the system.


and unwin changed their name to KOLLER i think so try searches using KOLLER

If you are in the USA etc ..then the above are mainly European systems ..and my info no use to you
