Belt seems to be wondering off the crank pulley and in turn pulling to the outer side of the tensioner which is causing the belt to also wonder off the alternator... shredding belts.
Old alternator had a fair bit of play on the pulley so swapped that out, no play there now.
It's been suggested the crank pulley might be to blame due to the rubber failing. Iv pulled another pulley off a spare engine and I'm unsure if iv got good rubber on this one. Would anyone happen to have a picture of a good looking crank pulley please.
