You should get Forscan and do it yourself...it's free to download onto a windows lappy and the cable is cheap. Some garages charge upwards of 75 quid just to plug in, let alone fix anything.

Descriptions with the codes is always a good help to us on here as we don't have to go searching what these all are, and let us know what brand diagnostics you're using as not all brands read the same.Tomdye1 wrote:DanMK7uk wrote:What codes are you showing?

Hi mate, these are the codes showing. The one that seems to stand out the most is P0089 Fuel Pressure Regulator performance error and P062B Internal Control Module Fuel Injector Control Performance Continuous
P062B:16-14
P0195:11-14
P2265:64-2F
P0089:7A-28
P1103:00-E9
Any Leo with possible solutions or causes would be massively appreciated!

P062B and P0089 point to a failed or failing SCV...very common on the Euro-4's.
P2265 is water in fuel which you can probably disregard....some transits got this code, even if they didn't have the WIF sensor fitted.
P0195 is a strange one....it's an oil temp sensor code.
P1103 is a MAF sensor issue...more than likely caused by a poorly EGR valve.

The Mk7 Euro-4 high pressure pumps rarely fail...why was it replaced..?? New SCV means nothing if it wasn't a "genuine" one. Were the learns done after all this work..??
If the PRV was blown, the engine would never start.

The recon engine came with a recon pump already bolted and timed up.
