Please help...wont relearn anything on forscan

2.2 85bhp fwd 2007can some one please help me... all injectors are good it won't let relearn anything because off the cylinder imbalance...would anyone know y this is.. appreciate any information

are you supposed to put into forscan, the injector code numbers, when you change injectors.

if so that would be a start

If the "new" injectors haven't been coded in...or they're not healthy, it will fail to initiate the learns or will fail part way through the learns process..

Has the SCV and/or PRV been replaced..?? If so, were they genuine Ford/Denso items.?? If not, you're wasting your time.

I think the Nissan Navara/Pathfinder D22 also uses the same pump & SCV.

Hi all thanks for your response bin working so not had chance to reply in depth

The pcv/scv they was working fine before turbo blew and are new from ford....I have changed all injectors seal with bolts and cleaned the injector holes this had sovled the blowing back abit, it's still there with oil still coming out exhaust that's one problem which is makeing me think I've fried a piston and still runs like there is a injectors down even tho they have bin tested... as for the injector coding it will not let me into the codes keeps saying I'm inputting in coreect codes even when i try and put the original codes back in i don't know if this is because in stupid and don't know what I'm doing or there's somthing wrong somewhere ......and it will not let me do a pump or pilot learn because off the cylinder imbalance which is showing

Cydlinder 4....-5.350
I know I've read somewhere that these figures don't necessarily mean anything but its whats stopping me from doing any learns....

Something drastically wrong there my friend. Ideally they should be zero but are ok if +/- 1.0.

Were the injectors "coded" into the PCM..??
