I need to drop my fuel tank - am I supposed to take all 4 strap bolts out?? What are the bolts on the passenger side going into? They look like a spring clip of some sort.
Transit MK7 FWD, T280.

Get plenty lube juice on them
You should get away only two bolts
The spring clip you asked about is probably one of these threaded speed clip type fittings
