Thank you for the forum. I was hoping that by buying a low mileage transit I would avoid time on these forums. But the dealers are unable or unwilling to repair the sync 3 issues, so here I am. Needless to say I'm very very disappointed with the engineering and quality of this vehicle.
First problem...
Why does it randomly, repeatedly keep "Changing Language to English"?
It interrupts whatever function the sync 3 is doing and freezes the screen for several seconds.
I've had it to three Ford dealers and all they do is update the software (or unsuccessfully try to update it).
A dealer in Missouri, a dealer in Wyoming, and dealer in Nevada.
They seem unwilling or unable to repair it.
Have any of you experienced this, and found a way to fix it?
