4x4 European Transit Differential problem in Memphis

My friends are stranded in Memphis TN with their 2022 European 4x4 Transit.
We are urgently looking for a repair shop willing to tackle the differential repair.
Any necessary spare parts can be shipped from Germany.
Can anyone help, or do you have a recommendation for a shop that is up to the task?
