Air con fan repeatedly going on and off

Also just noticed the crap van that’s not working, it’s kicking in the high speed fan rather than the low speed one. I have a euro5 and euro6 mk1 custom here that are both good and they are operating the low speed fan for the air con.
The relays in the engine bay even seem to be mixed up r15 is operating r18 and r18 doing r15s job. Not sure how to go about trying to swap it over as this must be what’s wrong

which probably means the manual i pointed to you isn't the one

i cant make diagnoses here without you confirming which set-up you have .. as in me pointing out r10 .. which must be wrong now. because i was looking at the wrong owners manual

asked about 1 fan or 2 fans upfront twice .. you never answered .. seems that ive just picked up you have two, by what you are making out in the last post

Have you checked that the small fan isn't seized up, and that the fan controller isn't kaput

It only has one fan fitted. They run a high speed and low speed through the same fan. As far am I’m aware there is no fan controller or module it runs from the ecu

Mine is the same year as yours, what do you want to know? I have a Haynes manual, although they aren't what they used to be.
