SPORT VAN DISAPPOINMENT!

Postby howsey » Mon Sep 24, 2007 6:56 pm

Having taking delivery of my new van and now having met two other sport van owners, i am not alone, in finding fault, the heating driving seat switch is at floor level and the electric mirror switch is also impossible to reach when driving, the driving seat dosent slide back far enough and the steering wheel doesnt any adjustment. On the outside it has a very poor paint finish and excessive rust on the swinging arms and hubs ect.
but having said all that i still love it! :D

RUST? Well at least Ford are sticking with the traditional finish

Those side stripes really do look the part. Where did you get the logo just a nick from the M-Sports site? or is that a 'part' they are now selling?
Either way looks good as it picks up the stick on stripe the van already comes with.
Although aggravation I think to stripe the roof would look good too, the rear doors not so good. It would be expensive to do the roof for what you would only really see of the inch or so at the front but I would do those stripes.
