I may have to recover a non-running Riley weighing 1450kg from Ireland.
Anyone with any advice? It's for my own use, so I want to do it on the cheap. My N-reg 190 would do it with a trailer, but the ferry charges may be a bit steep.
Is there a Transit beavertail or similar that would fit the bill, and does anyone hire them out?

would it not be cheaper getting it in a container then moving the container through the port etc. just a thought
