There site only shows them avaliable in 16, but to be honest I have contcted Compomotive before and they say they don't do wheels for a Transit. That picture seems to prove otherwise though.

First off I have to come right out and state categorically that no-one, but no-one is as big an arse as North Wales Chief Constable Richard Brunstrom, who quite frankly should be sectioned under the mental health act.
Second I agree that joining them is not the way to beat them in this instance, (gurg51ngh)but you should remember that Bumstrom is also an outspoken advocate of legalising ecstasy and heroin, so his sanctioning of public cash to be spent on this sort of nonsensical project should come as no surprise to anyone.
And on a financial note (such things don't come cheap) NW police probably were wondering what the hell to do with all the cash (£millions) they have raked in from the so-called 'Arrive Alive' sneaky underhanded stealth camera vans that they pioneered and indeed still head the UK's list of top earners (fines).
And lastly no, I have never been caught by one but the concept is so overwhelmingly obviously cash induced and so underwhelmingly not safety driven, that it makes my blood boil. :x :x :x :x :x

To be fair Transit Aficionado, the local free press do publish the whereabouts of the Arrive Alive vans on a weekly basis, but of course, that is no help to visitors to the area... I am actually glad that I am driving relatively sedate light commercials "of a certain age" again. rather than a modern saloon, as cars, and modern vans are now so fast and quiet, you are over the limit before you realise it.... the old Convoy does 0 to 30 in about half an hour ... :D

Have to admit, that N Wales is a speeders nightmare, they will target an area with half a dozen traffic cars and a camera at a moments notice, then after a couple of hours, move to another location.... two sides to the coin, I live in a suburban street that is also a handy route for some folks to get to larger estates near us... Children live and play in the street, and the speed of some drivers through here beggars belief...
It is a bit like the bikers of the 50's and 60's, of which I was one... the idiot minority ruin it for the majority I am afraid.

We can't police ourselves,... you are probably a careful and sensible driver,... who probably likes to drive fast in the right circumstances,... but we can't do anything about the idiots who refuse to use their small brain capacity to assess when and where you can let er' rip.... so we are stuck with the police we have at the present time, I agree that they do use speeding as a source of revenue,... but isn't that a sign of the times... after all, as vehicles use less fuel, the government increase the duty to make our running costs the same... the less we use, the more it costs.
