Alternator and Fuel gauge

Interesting. I just wiggled that central piece and then put the regulator back on to try it and the fuel gauge went all the way up and over the top and stayed there. I ran the van for a few minutes to try and raise the temp a little but no sign of any action on the temp gauge. Ah what fun. MICKEY G

ps dont forget to try the temp gauge ,just pull it off the head if its there and put a piece of wire in the end to erth ,this should then send it to the top!

but most of us don't ever get enough head we? i guess you mean the black unit, so i'll have to trace the right colour from the engine block? MICKEY G
