Advice on buying a Transit for load carrying & towing please

Hi there. I am looking to buy a van and have settled on a Transit. I need one for taking stock to antiques fairs and will also be towing a small two berth caravan. I am looking at possibly a swb or mwb. Can any members offer advice on which engine type is the best to go for? I've seen a 2.2 LPG version for sale. Would this type be suitable? Any advice is appreciated.
