white transit with rapid response in red writing

while watching a cop show on tv tonight (about 8pm ish)they where pulling in vehicles on way to an auction with the numberplate recognition gear
in the back ground there was a white transit with rapid response written on the sides towing a smashed up motor
also a bloke had a transit spec lift d reg but it had been ringed and turned out he bought it off flebay for £1400 a week earlier and the chassis was actually a h reg transit with a d reg cab body on it
missed the ending so didnt find out if he lost the vehicle or not
did anybody see this cop programme tonight
and was it any off you??????

they let him keep it, they came to the conclusion it must have been done some time ago and it would not be possible to tell the original identity of the truck. TBH there is only 4 years in it, and is it just me, but isn't £1400 a bit much for an H reg?
