any way, getting back to the question. escort mk1 and 2 are different. but what about 3 and 4? or even 5 and 6. or the cortina 4 and 5. in my eyes, there has been olot of changes to the transit internally, ie wiring looms, etc. this must be enough to constitute a new mk. :roll:

I would say no, or we would be up to the Mk16 by now.
