Dose anyone know the weight of a 2.5 DI engine with starter/alternator fitted ? :?:

well one thing i know about the 2.5 di engine, with or without fluids and before or after dinner, if you drop it on your toe it bloody hurts :wink:

:lol: :lol: yes very heavy mind you the essex isnt much difrent , will have to pump the tyres up to 55psi :lol:

i do believe the V6 weighs 167KG but ive no idea about the Di!!

I have the answer....................... well sort off :?

a Di complete with oil, alt, flywheel & clutch starter (small one) and MT75 Gearbox (also with oil) weighs 300KG :D
so how much does an MT75 weigh :?: - if no-one has the exact weight i'll weigh one soon!! :D
