heater fan blows cold on all settins!

hi anyone had this problem, engine gets hot and runs normal temp. removed heater pipes and got a good circulation,or is there something i`m not seeing in the heater box, not sure how the heat is controlled? thanks

I had this,turned out to be air lock,if it is cable opperated check they are all working(drivers side footwell )

changed thermostat housing in the summer and just got round to using the heater so could be related but cant find a bleed , how did you get rid of the air lock ? thanks

They should self bleed but the hose that goes to the header tank from the thermostate has a restricter in it which gets blocked so it will not bleed,if you sqeeze the pipe you will feel it ,i cut mine out cleaned and then put back in with a jubile clip round it,it has now done 2 years ok,

Sounds like you`ve got a cable off heater box,the temperature flap one....

just got back to problem been using another van but need this sorting can you get to the cables without taking the whole box out and wot does it control, ? got hot water to the matrix but no flow through it, thanks anybody
