Age has nothing to do with it, most hire shops don't like cash customers and will generally fob them off with all sorts of excusses. I know this as I worked in the industry for a few years.

that explains it where im going to get my van painted i just rang the guy and he has one but will be using it until tommorow lunchtime so hopefully i will be alright now
