hi has anybody fitted these spring helpers and new shockers you get from ford for raising the back up a bit on the transits mines is a bit low om the back and someone suggested these instead of fittind new springs any feedback on these would be good thanks pat

my mk1 had spacers between the spring and the axle raising it by about 1" - they looked standard fitment :D

depending on the model of transit, you can get different kits.

most common upgrade is for the T350, it has blocks to go between the axle tube and the spring, new shock absorbers and a spacer block to go between the rear prop shaft bearing and the body and a bracket for lav rod.

Ask your dealer to print off a copy of the TSB so you can get the right kit for your vehicle.

u can get air bags off some twin wheel minibuses..and ambulances..
thinking of fitting some to my luton..

those air assistance units you are talking about fit in place of the bumpstop points, and are dammed expensive, new springs can be had from ebay for about 70 each
