lol, dont ask me on spelling, mine is terrible ...... hhhmmm bitumen, bet that got interesting when it got warm .... at least it will have bubbled up and run into all the nooks and crannies :)

the under seal was worse about 4mm thick :!:

yeah it is really depressing having to remove underseal after you have set fire to it because a plate inside extended further than you had planned when painting underneath

worst thing i found was roofing tar or something similar that had been used under mine :(

weekend two day one !!

all the welding inside is done!!
just got the under side to do now but its raining

primed the floor for now to try and stop the rust till the under side is finished then i will paint it

yeah me too, or something similar, my last bottle was actually a bloody big co2 fire extinguisher :lol: .... but i have now managed to get the BOC 'Y' sized bottle i have swapped for a nice full one that has argoshield in it :) ... bottle is on a 5 finger discount so getting it swapped is always difficult, plus they dont do the Argoshield Light in that size :( and the others are just too freaking heavy to move around :P

welding almost done but on call this weekend so cant get too deep with the van so decided to start work on my new(ish) doors

as you can see i am delocking the rear door ready for the central locking!!

no just sprayed the door in primer and some small parts have reacted so will haveto takethose parts back to bare metal ah well thats tomorrow job!

had enough bored inside so did a bit more!!

got my engine and loom out today
what a b***h fought me every step of the way
should have taken it out the bottom!!
