I just rang them the lady goes I have to pay for 3 nights which is £60.00 even though I am only going to be there for 1 night!! Spoke to Luke and he said the person dealing with this has gone of to holiday.

So i rang them back an dthey go they have changed their policy and that you have to book in for three nights as they are very busy! WTF!!

WHy the fuk should I have to book in for three nights when I am only gonna b there for 1 night!?

Right if you still have problems ask to speak to Helen - she is the gaffer at the head office and she is fully aware that you dont need to book for 3 days/nights hopefully it will finally be sorted

It also said no groups aloud 21 and under

if you come in the van you get up to 4 people allowed in if he brings his own van/car he'd have to pay the day rate (i think - so complicated )
