how do i de-restrict my transit van?!

hiya! does anyone know how on earth i de-restrict my transit? its a 09 plate 115 t350. brought it the other week and its restricted to 70!! cant be doing with being over taken by these silly old drivers on the motorway! wanna show them what a real transit can do!! any help then that would be helpful??

yes contact martyn not only can he remove the restrictor but he can do other things as well !

martyn has the same software as the dealers to take it of , and can also remap the van if wanted, top bloke, and always helpfull if u ever get any probs

Pay Martyn or take it back to the dealer you got it from and ask them to remove it for free? I know which one I'd choose.

You'll find the dealer will be very reluctant to remove it, and they wont do it for free either, you'll still be charged labour.

a dealer wont touch the van for free, they charge £90 a hour at ford's , if the van was sold with a restriction on it they are not going to take it of other wise they would of took it of when it was sold !!!!
