Had the same on my bus (not as bad, but...). The doors don't fit properly and the skin becomes detached at the point where they touch the wing when opening them. Not sure why is it hapening, probably the doors are not fitted properly or the wing has been replaced and it's too tight... :?:

Hello ive been realy busy today ive preped my tow-bar bracket that i bought of captain hook the other day so it should be dry tommorw
so ill fit the bumper, towing eye and tow-bar back on in one hit, I have allso been taking all the 12v and 240v wiring looms out of the caravan which would save alot of money :D
Had a delivery of my new wings today and had to chace DHL down the road as i didnt hear him at the gate got erm in the end :)
Ive also desided that the underside of the van is so clean that im planing
on painting underneth with black hammerite that should keep it rust free for years.

looking good.... if you're going to paint the underside you want something thicker than hammerite...

underseal is better (hammerite actually make some)

or even better... roofing tar ;)

lasts FOREVER.... plus you can slop it on nice and thick and it doesen't drip allover you like hammerite would !
