Fully working & tested, it's been on my van for 2 years, i've only replaced it with a stronger lower ratio LSD axle - if i had space i would without a doubt keep this

it will fit any mk1/2/3 strait up but to go on a mk4/5 it will need the shocker mounts turning round - i can do this for you if you wish

it will need a certain amount of mechanical ability to fit, you'll need to mod the handbrake cable and weld or bolt some mounts to the chassis but i can give full help back up etc. for anyone who wants it but isn't 100% sure of how to fit it
it's also got tramp bar brackets welded to it so for anyone wanting tramp bars you half way there

also a spare pair of half shafts but there wont be any disks or calipers - they are available off the shelf but i've used them on my new axle so you'd need to get some, and also a handbrake cable

the origanal diff i broke but ive replaced it with a 4:54:1 and it was quiet when i drove it to the stockyard and back - thats the only miles ive done on it

if you want pics have a read though this thread on how i built it

the price ........ £200
i understand this isnt the sort of thing many people will want but for the right person it's a steal - the amount of work ive put in the testing and cost of machining makes it worth that - it's 1/3rd the cost of the replacement axle

i really dont have anywhere to keep this so i need it gone soon - if your interested and need to know more either post here or PM me
