clutch info req'd

Postby the_big_fact_hunt » Sun Feb 14, 2010 8:18 pm

the clutch has just gone on my 2002 LDV 100ps turbo Di, i know transit clutch's fit, but do they all fit? are all the turbo clutch's the same?
My old tourneo is on loan to another member while he has no transport and i could do with fixing the LDV fairly quickly.
Yeah, yeah LDV etc etc, but its actually in good nick, low miles and tidy, i just cant afford a mk6 tourneo yet

do you know what EN55 and ET70 means referring to the gearbox? i have only heard of the MT75 fitted to LDV's (AL4D? and type 9 amongst others on Transits) is it an LDV code?

as an afterthought, i guess the size refers to the plate diameter, would it hurt if i fitted a smaller one?
