2008 transit 140 ltd swb radio reset

hi all my 2008 140 ltd has a problem with radio/cd player 6disk .radio keeps turning its self off and resets itself this takes about 2 seconds not a big problem but when you are listening to cds it has to check all 6 cds this takes 30-50 secs fault has been since new built in turkey ford have tried many things including turning off bluetooth .just wondering if anybody else has had this problem or a solution .any help or comments apreciated thanks nicbeans

It sounds like its knackered. Dont put up with it if its been like this from new. Tell them to fit a new one.
