1999 v banana engine , rwd , have noticed my tracking is out from replacing track rod end , dont know if this might be a factor but have been under the van and turn the wheel and all the vibration is on the track rod and rack , also squeaks when i go over bumps , didnt know if it was strut or what so i went under to check it out , doesnt seem to be any fluid leaking anywhere but when i removed the tyrap on the internal side of the rack the rod was bone dry , squirted some oil in and sealed it quickly , doesnt seem to have helped much though .

Doubt it's the rack, more likely the bottom ball joint, jack it up and see if it still does it.
