I was seiously thinking of attending and wondered what the camping facilities were like.Toilets,showers etc.Electric hook up available?Catering facilities(not burgers and HD`s all weekend.Is camping next to or near main event area.How many go?How many camp?Do you stay all weekend?Etc.Etc
Please don`t suggest contact with Billing as I want some genuine forum users feedback first.

All the services at Billing are very good, thats why its so popular, mini market, chip shop, restaurants, loads of WC and shower blocks etc. fishing, evening entertainment the list goes on and on. I could complain about the place even if I would like to use a different venue.

As for Transitmania, I think the thread from last year speaks for itself :D

x2 the chippy by the feild were transitmania was on was spot on and good price. as elec hook yes avalible but not on the feild were advent is . is a 1 minute walk away :cry: so expect to walk :wink: :lol: brill event hope 2 go this yr again

chippy is excellant :D toilets were shite,one of the worst i've seen,cleaner to have a crap behind some bushes :wink:

well i have been going to billing for a good 12 years now and i think its good :wink:

g-man the toilets are normaly reasonalbe unless you go when its a big event then yes they are bad! :?

mr puk they were crap :roll: that bad i tried to hold me breath when having a hit and miss,finished up keeping a ciggy on to help mask the stink :lol:

there is other toilet blocks unless you cant wait :lol: :lol:

true,i only used the ones nearest the chippy,it's not hard to have cleaners 2 or 3 times a day,as for the site it's a great facility :!:

:lol: the thing is there isnt many sites were you can have gazzebo,s and parking were you like most now have spaces you have to stay in marked on the floor!

but billing need to get there toilets and showers better then it would be a great place :wink:

I've been going for 15 years now to the Biggest show they have.....

I've never been in a dirty toilet yet!

There are cleaners in the toilets 16 hours a day when I'm there!

Not saying that's for every weekend though!

I'm off to Billing on Sunday so, will give a true report when I get back,

if the standards have dropped off since last year........
