Marquee?

So is there a Marquee sorted for Transitmania? Or would something like a 5m x 5m Chinese hat be any good ? Btw this isn't a gazebo it's proper event industry equipment

thanks for the offer - but we've got the marquee/gazebo from last year

also Billing are a bit fussy about marquees as one of the stipulations was if we had a marquee it had to be only hired via there contracted company

cool scary things though a couple of years ago at blackpool champ show one of them big buggers blew over into the bernard ring luckily they had just finished and it didn't get anyone but they had to shut the show and everyone ran out screaming

That big one out the back of the Ford factory was there years, I did a load of work in it back in 2002/3.

there used to be one at leyland motors that they used as a stores was there for years then one day gust of wind and off it went ended up in wigan i think

That one that you worked in Mike went ! We did a smaller one for the mk7s we did have to remove some of the concrete plinth of that one though ! I've been doing them since I was sixteen so sixteen years now and not had one go yet ! We use proper German (Roder) manufactured equipment thats snow and storm rated, there determined by width largest I've worked on is a 50m wide span length is as long as you want just keep adding frames

Those pics look like they had framed marquee's and traditionals (ropes/king poles) it's the trads that failed ! Looks like they took a bay of framed with them but the framed is still standing due to the bracing wires in the correct places ! Still not nice you sure your big beasty didn't just fart ? Bigjohn
