Extra lights in the front indicators..

I have some very nice led parking bulbs in the headlights, thought of putting a second set in the front indicators using summat like these:http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sidelight-Pilot-P ... ycle_Parts
Proper xenon led's are for peanuts now, just got a barrel load from hong kong for next to nothing, gonna do the dash too, these are the bright white lights, not the blue'ish tinted ones...

Da Da.... that's the deal, I have a few of these leds, all with different amounts of 'bulbs' on, I have a 9'er in the headlight of me bike, looks like lowbeam!

Yes, thats a 9 led above and really bright, but I have found they have been failing after a while :( I did try a 10mm led, not good enough

is it easy to do as i have smoked indicators and i'm always look for extra area to stick lights so far 22 that all the lights on the van :D

I just drilled through the bottom of the reflector and then made two key slots for the bulb holders I was using (MK3 side sidelight holders)

Might be a good idea, I stuggled to get MK3 holders

I did the smae thing to my MK5 with sidelight bulbs and holders

i tryed mine but my lindicators are smoked (don't like clear) i got a black white light :lol: and it looked wrong oh well
