Thanks for help. Do you weld the two nuts from inside to the two M10s ,were there is the 6mm flat bar. So you can put the screws through the bumper bracket and then through the M10s and then tighten them with a spanner? Maybe i don't understand what M10 stands for. Thanks.

I drove the van home for working on the finishing touch.
Fortunately there was no police around when I driving it(no insurance, no windows, no lights etc.)

Well done for getting it home... If caught here, the police would have taken it away from you  Fast progress and I like it 8)

If I've met the police than they'll done that.
Fast progress  that everything I did in three years :D
The plan was to do it in one year but since I had a wrong approach as a beginner it took a littel bit longer.
I started with the engin it had two pistons stuck.
nicely rebuild with new oversized pistons and bearings

There was a lot of rust.
I had to relearn welding again it was 12 years ago at school :)
But I did it :D
Recovering with filler unsuccessfull
In the end I asked the painter's help.

I don`t really had time for the Internet just like you I had the time around 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. including taking bus in and out the workspace and clean up afterwards cours my colleagues have to work the next day.
Now we have two laptops so I do not have to fight with my wife.
I'm still on sick leave so I should take it easy, that's difficult with my van @home(I do want too much)
I have time for internet now. :D
