its strange how it was working then after i dis-connect and re-connect it just gave up , LDV turbo transit powerd use the same pedal too

:cry: :cry: :cry: ecu then or better still get it plugged in :) new pedal??? if not was it a working pedal?? :? :?
You only need two tools in life: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.

Switch it off and try again :idea:

It'll probably need turning down just a tadge :!: :D :lol:

i just been having another look at this pedal , if i put the pedal half way down then start it , it will rev and then i can rev it up and down , but if i let it right off it will stop working and wont rev again , ive got it booked in with lucas on wednesday

ok just had a guy from lucus down to look at my van , he pluged his computer reader in and came up with about 10 different codes relating to the pedal , he cleard them all and then started engine to find 3 codes coming up on the reader , theres permentley a fault cos the same 3 codes come up after clearing them which all relate to the pedal , the only thing we can think of is that theres a break in the wires or what are the chances of 2 pedals being faulty

hey pestro , susted the pedel , the regulater on the pedal as 2 nuts which if there undone the regulater wil spin round by about 5mm , if its too far forward , it triggers the ECU so it just needs to come back about 2mm

i just tested the pedel , will have to fit it back on tomorrow when its a bit light and give a road test
