There isn't a torque value, you need to turn them the 90°.

There isn't a further torque, you need to turn them the further 90° like the book says.

are they new bolts??

id prob take them all out now equally and retorque them again properly, worth the extra for the sake of the head gasket.

35nm then 70nm, then make sure they all turn 90degrees to finish. IF Youve got right size torque wrench shouldnt be that hard??

Why can't you just angle torque them, it's just another quarter turn? You don't need and angle gauge, just mark the top of the bolt and do it a bit at a time till it reaches 90°.

Obviously you need to start from scratch. I'd get a new head gasket. Did you check the length of the head bolts before refitting?

 If only you'd listened from the start. Not really sure why you asked for advice if you're going to ignore it.
