I doubt very much if it is 2nd time around, or a different speedo.
The previous owner of this truck is an avid collector of classic vehicles, and when he does a restoration, it gets done properly. He also has a large barn, and plenty of money, and when things come up, he buys. This has been in his barn for a number of years, and he only moved it on in a deal for a Morris Commercial.
I believe it has all old MOT certificates with it as well.

its a nice truck, but would the headlining and floormat be worn out after 12000 miles washer pumps gone and the switch faces are well worn, only every mot from new can verify its miles and thats not tamper proof, like mark says nice resto
